Join the Newcomer Information Session about Working Life by International House Helsinki (IHH).
On December’s information session, you can learn the best practices and channels for job search in the Helsinki region. The session will also cover topics such as earnings-related insurance, social security, unionisation, career support for partners and spouses, and starting a business.
IHH regularly organises Newcomer Information Sessions online, and they are free to attend. The sessions are held in English and are open for all newcomers who are moving or considering moving to the Helsinki region for work, business, or family.
On alternating months, the sessions focus on general topics to help newcomers and their families with relocation matters. On the other months, the information is targeted specifically for jobseekers, employees, and entrepreneurs.
