Trusted and certified partners

All service providers on this page are trusted partners that meet the following criteria: 

  • The company provides services to support international recruitment (e.g., international employment services, training to support international recruitment, settling-in services, or consulting services to promote international recruitment)  

  • the company has at least an A credit rating 

  • the company’s contractor’s obligations and liability details are in order 

  • the company has a permanent establishment in Finland in accordance with Section 13 a of the Income Tax Act (1535/1992) 

  • The company commits to Employment Industry Finland’s guidelines on responsible recruitment of foreign employees 

Service providers are required to have a Trusted Partner certification. In other words, they are regularly and continuously monitored to ensure that they meet the criteria. The certificate is maintained by Vastuu Group

 

In addition, we request inspection reports from the Regional State Administrative Agency (AVI) regarding all new partners. Violations identified by AVI, such as issues related to the employment or hiring of foreign workers, may prevent the company from being accepted onto the trusted partners list. Inspection reports may also be requested from AVI outside the context of list approval.

 

The recruitment company and its client agree on all assignments related to international recruitment between themselves. Business Finland does not participate in this process and is not responsible for it in any way.
