- December 10-13: 1:1 Meetings Period

- 1:1 Meetings with Employers: select available time slots and request 15-minute virtual meetings during the 4-day period. Be proactive - reach out to recruiters with a clear message about why you’re the right fit. This increases your chances of being selected for a meeting, which could lead to a formal interview. Time slots are limited and employers will prioritize candidates who best match their needs.
What are the conditions?
- Free participation: the event is free for all IT professionals, registration is required.
- Registration opens from 5 November. Apply now!
- Event journey:
December 3: you’ll get instructions on how to join and set up your profile on the Tavata platform, attend the programme, and suggest 1:1 meetings to employers. Take the time to prepare for the event.
December 9: the booking for 1:1 meetings opens. Be ready to send tailored invitations since employers will prioritize candidates who match their hiring needs.
December 10: join the Employer Presentation Day and attend side events to learn more about company cultures, job openings, and recruitment processes.
December 10-13: participate in virtual meetings with recruiters and network with other event participants.
- After the event: we’ll ask for your constructive feedback. Please share your impressions and the number of interview advancements you receive because of the event. If you secure a job, let us know so we can celebrate your success!
