Welcome to an online event that connects Finnish companies with international talents! The goal of Rekrytori for Internationals is to help companies find top talents from various fields while also raising the visibility of companies operating in Finland.

12:00 – Event Opening

Join the live broadcast from the Rekrytori event in Helsinki. Learn about the goals of the day and how your company can benefit from the international talent community.

12:30 – What kind of talents are Finnish companies looking for?

In this segment, representatives from top Finnish companies share the types of talents they are seeking. Gain valuable insights on how to attract international experts to your business.

13:00 – International talent’s experiences in Finland

Hear directly from an international talent about what they appreciate in Finnish work life and the conditions that attract international talents to stay and succeed in Finland. This will help your company understand how to make your job offers more appealing.

13:30 – What is Work in Finland?

Learn how Work in Finland can assist your company in finding international talent and how it supports professionals in relocating to Finland.

13:00–17:00 – Matchmaking & Networking

Take advantage of the opportunity to meet potential international talents and make connections on the recruitment platform. Book meetings directly on the platform and start discussions with your future employees.

How to participate?

1. Register for the online matchmaking event by sending an email to contact@workinfinland.com (if the contact person is someone other than you, please include their email address).

2. Within a workday, you will receive an invitation to the Tavata platform and be able to register on the platform.

3. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, through which you can create your employer profile for the Rekrytori for Internationals event.

4. Arrange meetings: Send meeting requests to international talents that interest you.

The event is free of charge. It is organized by the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tuusula, and Järvenpää, along with the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce, Business Finland, Uusimaan TE-office and the Regional Council of Uusimaa. The event is produced by Honkalamedia Oy.

You can also attend the event in person at Kaapelitehdas, and you can register directly on the Rekrytori website.
